What you will do
- Support cafe sales and marketing initiatives that drive sales and future business.
- Write and negotiate sales and marketing contracts according to corporate procedures.
- Assemble event and brand calendars, administer package programs, and maintain sales and marketing tools.
- Communicate with group travel planners, marketing partners, corporate accounts, and event organizers.
- Assist with and attend buyouts, functions, trade shows, marketing events, and designated parties.
- Coordinate contracts, menus, operations, payments, and communications between cafe departments and the Support Center.
Requirements
- Some college coursework completed.
- Professional presentation when interacting with guests, clients, and function coordinators.
- Strong communication, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage stressful events, and provide accurate information for event execution.
- Fluency in English is required.
