Manager, Integrated Marketing (iGaming)

What you will do

• Lead the marketing strategy and execution for Casino in Canada.
• Develop integrated marketing strategies and briefs tied to growth and performance metrics.
• Translate product and brand positioning into culturally relevant, insight-driven campaigns.
• Lead full-funnel, cross-channel campaigns with Acquisition, Paid Media, CRM, Social, and Public Relations teams.
• Activate campaigns around key cultural moments and coordinate media investment for local market behavior.
• Use data and performance insights to test ideas and continuously improve results.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of marketing experience in gaming, sportsbook, casino, or another highly regulated organization.
• Strong understanding of the Canadian market, including its sports, culture, and consumers.
• Proven experience developing and executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
• Knowledge of content, media, and partnerships beyond traditional performance marketing.
• Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
