QA Engineer

hirify.global is on a mission to redefine finance by blending traditional banking with decentralized finance (DeFi).

Overview

You will be responsible for functional testing of web and mobile applications, API testing, and managing bug-tracking system, working closely with developers and other team members to ensure product quality.

What you will do

• Perform functional testing of web and mobile applications.
• Execute API testing to ensure seamless integration.
• Create and maintain test documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and team members throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage the bug-tracking system to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in monolith and microservices testing.
• Experience in API and REST API testing, understanding client-server interaction.
• Knowledge of basic testing principles, types, and methods.
• Proficiency with bug tracking systems, HTTP(s), AJAX, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman and JMeter.

Nice to have

• Understanding of version control systems (git, svn).
• Experience with Docker.
