What you will do

• Develop high-quality 2D animations for brand and product videos.
• Collaborate with lead designers and creative writers on concept ideation and visual storytelling.
• Ensure artistic consistency and technical excellence across project deliverables.
• Mentor junior and middle designers, providing feedback and animation guidance.
• Research and introduce modern animation techniques and tools to improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design or animation.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong sense of composition, movement, and visual rhythm.
• Proven track record of delivering polished, storytelling-driven motion work.
• Leadership skills, creative initiative, and collaborative approach.
