Clinical Trial Specialist (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Organize project team and client meetings, including schedules, agendas, meeting materials, binders, and minutes.
• Manage study information and supplies, including organizational charts, team calendars, newsletters, and project-specific materials.
• Maintain internal and client project reporting, including project status, financial tracking, system updates, and queries.
• Support the project manager with purchase orders, study invoices, and investigator payments.
• Prepare and maintain study files while tracking document status and following electronic trial master file naming and filing guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in business, finance, health sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant executive support or administration experience.
• Proficiency with computerized information systems and standard office software.
• Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, including maintaining Excel trackers and building PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical company, or clinical research environment is advantageous.

• Experience taking meeting minutes.
• Experience facilitating and scheduling MS Teams meetings.
