Location: Madrid, Spain; on-site Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week for at least 3 months

What you will do
- Maintain the department calendar, book meeting rooms, and communicate schedule changes.
- Prepare materials and logistics for meetings and reviews.
- Record and share meeting notes, action items, and priorities.
- Track department work inputs and outputs in the studio database.
- Help distribute and collect department timecards.
- Follow guidance from the assigned tutor while learning the department’s production pipeline.
Requirements
- Availability for at least 3 months on-site, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
- Current enrollment in the final year of an Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s program at an accredited institution.
- Strong writing, critical thinking, attention to detail, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
- High motivation and interest in animation, technology, and production.
- High English proficiency required.
