Operations Coordinator (Health Insurance)

What you will do

• Run day-to-day insurance or healthcare service processes, including claims treatment, invoicing, provider management, and customer onboarding.
• Monitor volumes, efficiency, SLAs, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Supervise external partnerships and maintain business continuity through regular communication.
• Perform quality controls, investigate suspicious claims, and identify training needs.
• Work with Product and other teams to automate process steps and improve service communication.
• Join an operations pool and rotate across scopes such as therapy, claims, fraud, or customer setup.

Requirements

• Experience operating processes or services, customer support, people operations, account management, customer success, communications, or event coordination.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on member and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to analyze data and investigate operational issues.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong in follow-up.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and French.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
