Endpoint Manager (Medical Technology)

Location: On-site at the headquarters in Brønshøj, Denmark; up to 5% travel for team events and workshops.

What you will do

• Own and drive the endpoint management strategy across the organization.
• Manage and continuously improve Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Endpoint Manager, and related Microsoft ecosystem technologies.
• Ensure endpoint security, compliance, patching, optimization, and device lifecycle management.
• Lead workplace modernization initiatives using Microsoft cloud-native technologies and automation.
• Collaborate with IT Support, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and international business teams on secure and scalable endpoint solutions.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve employee productivity and end-user satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise endpoint environments, including Windows, mobile devices, and modern management platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with endpoint security, compliance management, patching strategies, and device lifecycle management.
• Experience with scripting and endpoint automation.
• Ability to work on-site in Brønshøj, Denmark.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Experience leading projects, improving processes, and working with cross-functional stakeholders in a complex global environment.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
• Experience with Snowflake Cyera.
