Location: Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina; onsite at the Buenos Aires Support Center in Puerto Madero

What you will do
- Define, build, and maintain multi-channel customer journeys.
- Perform quality assurance and sign-off for campaign content, journey functionality, and customer experiences.
- Own and steward personalization capabilities to increase customer interaction.
- Build, test, and maintain key content templates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- 4+ years of marketing automation experience.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification.
- Expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email, Mobile, and Interaction Studio.
- In-depth understanding of APEX, REST/SOAP APIs, contact strategies, targeting, segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.
