Senior VFX Artist

Overview

You will work closely with a team of artists and designers to deliver high quality premium content skin experiences. The Senior VFX Artist will help with VFX implementation that clearly communicates the action, impact, and tonal experience. You will report to the VFX Lead, and collaborate with the Premium Content VFX team and your partners across the art team.

What you will do

• Employ both 2D and 3D workflows to implement with a refined sense of style
• Balance visual satisfaction and gameplay clarity that communicate essential game information.
• Create aesthetically astounding visual effects.
• Provide as-needed support of all aspects of VFX process; from set-up through production and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience in senior art roles in the game industry
• 3+ years professional experience working within Unreal Engine as a VFX artist

Nice to have

• Photoshop and Maya
• Unreal Engine 5 experience working with Blueprints and Materials
• Experience with stylized art direction
• 1 shipped mobile or AAA game title
• Flipbooking techniques
