TL;DR
Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer (SFRA/eCommerce): Develop and maintain Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud storefronts, integrations, and commerce features with an accent on SFRA architecture, OCAPI, catalog and checkout functionality, and external system connectivity. Focus on building PSP, tax/fraud, PIM/DAM, and OMS/ERP integrations, writing automated tests, supporting CI/CD deployments, and resolving security and production issues.
Location: Bengaluru, India; remote and hybrid work options are available depending on the country.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain SFRA cartridges, controllers, models, ISML templates, and scheduled jobs.
- Implement catalog, pricing, promotions, cart, checkout, search, and order management features.
- Build and maintain integrations with PSP, tax and fraud, PIM/DAM, and OMS/ERP systems through OCAPI, webhooks, and middleware.
- Write unit and integration tests, support static analysis and OWASP security remediation, and participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, estimate backlog items, support deployments, and configure Business Manager.
- Maintain technical documentation and, where assigned, perform L3 incident root-cause analysis and bug fixes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud SFRA architecture, ISML, JavaScript, and Node.
- Experience with OCAPI, Business Manager configuration, and job scheduling.
- Understanding of core eCommerce concepts, including catalogs, pricing, promotions, cart and checkout, and order management.
- Experience integrating PSP, tax and fraud, and PIM/DAM systems, plus version control and CI/CD tooling.
- Good written and spoken English is required.
Nice to have
- Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud Developer certification.
- Experience with cross-border or multi-locale storefronts.
- Experience in retail or luxury goods eCommerce.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting.
