is hiring for software engineering work supporting fintech and banking-related products with international and Indonesian teams.
What you will do
- Understand requirements with international and Indonesian teams and translate them into high-quality software products.
- Translate detailed designs and specifications into reliable production software.
- Deliver mission-critical products and solve technically challenging engineering problems.
- Collaborate with mentors and team leads to deliver projects on schedule.
- Work with data platform technologies covering ETL ingestion, data lakes, data warehouses, and big data processing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience at the senior level.
- Strong coding skills in at least one of Java, Python, or JavaScript/Node.
- Good understanding of object-oriented design and data structures.
- Familiarity with Git and basic Linux operations.
- Good communication skills and moderate proficiency in English.
- Ownership of assigned tasks and consistent focus on quality, results, and timeliness.
Nice to have
- Experience in a startup, fintech, or banking environment.
- Familiarity with GCP or AWS, Cloud Dataflow/Apache Beam, DBT, and Apache Airflow.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and MLaaS.
- Experience with BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, Hadoop, Flink, Spark, and BI tools such as Redash, Looker, or Tableau.
- A Computer Science degree or a demonstrable technical portfolio.
