Senior Fullstack / Integration Lead (AI)

Location: Remote from Lviv, Ukraine; overlap required for live partner calls.

hirify.global is delivering an AI-powered event platform for a major international event.

What you will do

• Integrate the AI backend with web and mobile applications built by partner teams.
• Set up and harden the LLM gateway, RAG and vector store, translation engine, guardrails, content-sync pipeline, infrastructure, and observability.
• Build AI Concierge capabilities including tool-calling chat, session recommendations, personalized agendas, and dining recommendations and booking.
• Develop travel and itinerary features, including travel packages, itinerary suggestions, and an AI itinerary builder.
• Implement real-time capabilities including AI matchmaking, live translation, WebRTC streaming, voice interaction, and 3D avatar rendering.
• Own integration testing, QA sign-off, UAT completion, production deployment, documentation handover, and live issue resolution with partner teams.

Requirements

• Strong backend engineering experience with Node or Python and real API integration experience.
• Practical shipped experience with LLM and RAG systems, including gateway routing, vector databases, prompt design, and guardrails.
• Experience with WebRTC and real-time streaming.
• Ability to coordinate integration across two to three external teams and resolve blockers during live calls.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher for partner communication and status reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D or avatar rendering pipelines.
• Experience with multilingual and localization systems.
• Previous work on event-tech or travel-tech platforms.
