Intern (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Support Contract Negotiators with contract customization, document preparation, filing, and follow-up activities.
• Send documents to investigator sites, track responses, and initiate e-signature workflows.
• Maintain internal trackers, prepare site shipments, and organize regulatory and study documentation.
• Support country site activation, contract execution, and study start-up deliverables under supervision.
• Shadow Contract Negotiators and Country Site Activation Specialists while collaborating with Regulatory, Legal, Finance, and Clinical Operations stakeholders.
• Learn to use clinical systems such as SAW, CTMS, eTMF, and study portals.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance or Law.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for a professional work environment.
• Strong attention to detail when working with structured documents, trackers, and administrative processes.
• Good organizational skills and ability to complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
• Interest in clinical research, contract management, site activation, or clinical trial start-up activities.
