Federal Tax Services Intern (Financial Services)

Location: Blue Bell, United States; travel to assigned client locations is required, with reliable transportation available.

Salary: $34–$40 per hour

What you will do

• Work with a team across tax specialty areas, including corporate, individual, pass-through, and financial services taxation.
• Complete tax planning and research.
• Prepare federal and state and local tax returns.
• Interpret tax regulations and accounting pronouncements.

Requirements

• Complete at least 90 credit hours.
• Work toward a B.A. or B.S. degree, or equivalent, at an accredited university.
• Major in accounting.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other computer tools proficiently.
• Do not require employment sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Ability to work effectively on a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
