What you will do
- Conduct training needs analyses and align learning solutions with business objectives and employee development goals.
- Design, coordinate, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended learning programs.
- Develop capability, professional skills, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness training.
- Build and maintain role-specific learning pathways that help employees use MRI products, systems, and processes effectively.
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify capability requirements and translate technical concepts into learning solutions.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness through feedback, assessments, metrics, and business outcomes, while maintaining training records and resources in the LMS.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in learning and development, training delivery, instructional design, and program development in a corporate environment.
- Experience designing and delivering behavioural and technical learning programs.
- Experience creating training content for systems, products, software applications, or business processes.
- Strong facilitation skills for audiences ranging from individual contributors to leaders.
- Experience working with subject matter experts to create effective learning solutions.
Nice to have
- Qualifications or certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Facilitation, Coaching, or Organisational Development.
- Experience delivering leadership development or leadership capability initiatives.
- Experience in a technology, SaaS, software, or professional services environment.
