3DX Solution Architect (Design Tools for Engineering)

What you will do

• Develop 3DExperience solutions for the PLM Single Aisle New Generation aircraft program.
• Support engineering processes for physical products, including product structure and system installation.
• Translate complex business processes and customer needs into functional, non-functional, and IT requirements.
• Deliver application and infrastructure framing, technical designs, and functional designs aligned with Enterprise Architecture guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for business transformation, process automation, and functional improvement.
• Contribute to the PLM portfolio roadmap and support product planning, implementation, and the full application development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Professional experience in functional architecture, project management, solution engineering, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of IT tool customisation and architecture, IT and business strategy alignment, product design, and product development.
• Knowledge of IT business change management and requirements definition.
• Ability to work in a SAFe environment and collaborate with product management and technical teams.
• Successful completion of BPSS and Export Control checks, including a criminal record check, is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of engineering design, manufacturing, support and services, manufacturing engineering, shop floor execution, industrial modelling and simulation, configuration management, quality, configured digital mock-up, PLM, engineering information systems, architecture, or maintenance and repair.
