Senior UX Designer (Healthcare)

Location: Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid work model with two days per week in the Gracia office.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end experience architecture of Provider Console, including navigation, terminology, interaction patterns, and cross-product provider journeys.
• Design self-service workflows that reduce support requests, including onboarding, credential and user setup, request tracking, and provider configuration.
• Create transparent real-time status experiences and proactive notification and alert systems.
• Conduct provider research, analyze support tickets and call drivers, and run usability testing for new workflows.
• Build and maintain a shared component library and pattern documentation in coordination with the broader design system.
• Partner with product management, engineering, Solutions Consulting, Account Management, and adjacent product teams to integrate new capabilities with high design quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating platform thinking.
• Experience designing multi-product or multi-surface platforms where consistency and navigation architecture were central challenges.
• Demonstrated experience designing self-service solutions for complex workflows and reducing reliance on human intervention.
• Strong information architecture and interaction design skills.
• Experience conducting and synthesizing user research, including research with business stakeholders acting as proxies.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain design strategy and decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS platforms for professionals in complex domains such as healthcare, legal, or financial services.
• Familiarity with provider-facing healthcare workflows, including credentialing, billing, prior authorization, or release of information.
• Experience designing notification and alert systems.
• Familiarity with Figma and FigJam, and collaboration with engineers using component-based front-end frameworks.
