Call Support Associate (SAP)

Location: Hybrid in Hanover, Pennsylvania, United States; in office Tuesday through Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.

Salary: $37,000–$50,900 per year

What you will do

• Respond to phone and email inquiries from independent distributor partners, sales managers, and DSD operations personnel.
• Support distributor setup changes, plant closes, special orders, settlement activities, and order management.
• Audit daily transactions and resolve IDOC errors, interface errors, open orders, and warehouse reporting issues.
• Review shared inboxes and ServiceNow items, document processes, and track inquiries and escalations.
• Test, support, and implement new systems and process changes while coordinating with sales, operations, plants, and distributors.
• Provide holiday support and Saturday coverage as needed.

Requirements

• Associate degree or at least two years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, digital workflow systems, database management systems, and SAP.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, urgency, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective customer communication, professionalism, ownership, teamwork, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to sit for extended periods, use a phone and computer, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in the Hanover office Tuesday through Thursday.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting DSD operations or independent distributors.
• Familiarity with IDOC troubleshooting, integrity reporting, and order management systems.
• Experience drafting communications or supporting system implementations.
• Experience in a CPG or distribution environment.
• Ability to speak or understand Spanish.
