Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET + Angular) (.NET/Azure/Angular): Building secure, HIPAA-compliant full-stack functionality for a healthcare SaaS platform used by medical practices and patients across the United States with an accent on modernizing legacy systems and supporting critical healthcare workflows. Focus on designing distributed applications, analyzing cross-application dependencies, investigating production incidents, and protecting sensitive health data.
Location: Ukraine; remote or office work available

What you will do
- Design and deliver full-stack features across .NET, Angular, Azure services, and supporting integrations.
- Own features from requirements clarification through implementation, testing, release, and post-release support.
- Analyze initiatives spanning multiple applications, services, Angular generations, backend components, and Azure Functions.
- Maintain and enhance modern and legacy systems while contributing to modernization initiatives.
- Investigate production incidents using monitoring, logging, and observability tools, and drive root-cause resolution.
- Apply security, compliance, auditability, and data protection practices for PHI and HIPAA requirements.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with .NET 8+, C#, REST APIs, SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and distributed application development.
- Expertise in Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML, SCSS, NgRx, and Angular Signals.
- Practical experience with Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault, and Azure App Configuration.
- Experience supporting or migrating .NET Framework and AngularJS applications.
- Hands-on experience with unit and integration testing, xUnit, Jest, Jasmine, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, independent-work, communication, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
