What you will do
- Lead multiple AI vision and technical systems projects across the global manufacturing network.
- Design, integrate, and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, software, and third-party automation systems.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for automated quality control, predictive maintenance, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Coordinate system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and legacy-platform migration across multiple regions.
- Assemble, configure, install, and validate edge devices, servers, cameras, sensors, and related networking equipment.
- Drive technical decisions, stakeholder alignment, regulatory compliance, and delivery commitments across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar discipline.
- 8+ years of product development experience and proven project management experience.
- Professional experience with Python and shell, plus proficiency in JavaScript.
- 2+ years of machine learning experience, including production deployment of ML models.
- Strong hands-on skills with PyTorch and TensorRT, along with experience integrating third-party solutions.
- Familiarity with networking, DNS, storage concepts, Linux-based systems, and technical troubleshooting.
Nice to have
- Experience with Git or Bitbucket, OpenCV, TensorFlow, SQL or NoSQL databases, and serverless systems.
- Knowledge of object detection, classification, segmentation, YOLO, VLMs, SAM, and computer vision inference pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Jetson devices, industrial or PoE cameras, sensors, and field deployments.
- Experience writing automation scripts and configuring IP cameras, RTSP, VPN, SSH, static IPs, DHCP, and PoE.
