Capacity Manager (Early Talent)

What you will do

• Learn how Capacity Management operates and collaborates with engineering, supply chain, product, finance, and sales.
• Interview stakeholders to collect and validate information about responsibilities, workflows, dependencies, and interfaces.
• Design the information architecture for the Capacity Management Confluence space.
• Build a practical home page and improve onboarding materials for team members and cross-functional partners.
• Document processes, ownership areas, terminology, decision paths, and working agreements.
• Collect user feedback and improve the documentation, including its maintenance and ownership model.

Requirements

• Currently completing or recently completed a degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, operations management, or a related field.
• Ability to structure incomplete, scattered, or ambiguous information and explain complex subjects clearly.
• Strong questioning, listening, follow-up, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
• Interest in cloud infrastructure, technical operations, and cross-functional project management.
• Ability to collaborate with technical specialists and managers.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and provide proof of employment eligibility.

Nice to have

• Experience with Confluence or similar collaboration tools.
• Experience with university, volunteer, or personal projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, capacity planning, or service operations.
• Interest in technical project or program management as a career.
