Localization Design Lead (2D and Video Assets)

Location: Hybrid role in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with 2 days working from home each week

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day operations, quality, delivery, and performance of the 2D and video digital assets localization team.
• Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor localization requests across screenshots, in-app assets, user acquisition creatives, cross-promotion materials, trailers, app previews, packaging, and other promotional content.
• Coordinate with marketing, game teams, and internal stakeholders to align priorities and delivery expectations.
• Review localized static and video assets for brand, localization, and creative quality before delivery.
• Coach, mentor, onboard, and manage the performance and development of four Video/2D Localization Artists.
• Improve workflows, implement automation, maintain documentation and metrics, balance workloads, and provide hands-on localization support when required.

Requirements

• Experience leading creative, localization, production, or design teams.
• Strong understanding of localization workflows for marketing and promotional assets, including both static and video content.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, composition, layout, and visual communication.
• Experience developing processes, documentation, and workflow improvements.
• Clear and effective English communication skills, written and spoken, are required.
