Research Associate I (Analytical Research)

What you will do

• Develop, validate, transfer, and execute analytical methods for new product development and sustaining projects.
• Conduct laboratory experiments, routine analytical testing, and non-routine experimental investigations.
• Operate analytical instruments, interpret data, assess results against specifications, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Prepare analytical strategies, plans, method-of-analysis documents, validation and transfer protocols, and reports.
• Support investigations involving OOS, OOT, incidents, and NCRs while coordinating technical activities with stakeholders.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, technical documentation, safety standards, and compliance with Good Documentation Practices.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with HPLC, UPLC, GC, IC, UV, potentiometry, and other general analytical techniques.
• Knowledge of analytical method development, validation, transfer, data interpretation, and experimental design.
• Ability to apply technical theories and principles, solve research problems, and work with minimal assistance on non-routine tasks.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with accurate assessment of results for validity and conformance to specifications.
• Knowledge of laboratory health and safety standards, equipment qualification, and calibration procedures.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary and international project teams and maintain clear technical communication.
