Backend Developer (Integrations) (PHP)

Location: Remote; choose where and when to deliver

Compensation: up to 15,600 PLN net per month, depending on experience and the agreed scope of services.

What you will do

• Deliver new integrations with external systems and extend existing integrations with agreed functionality.
• Connect the platform with channel managers, PMS systems, payment providers, and other external services.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in contracted integrations, including unexpected partner API changes.
• Design and develop delivered solutions while owning code quality and architecture within the assigned scope.
• Apply and recommend development practices across the services delivered.
• Work across an estimated mix of 60% new functionality and 40% maintenance and technical support.

Requirements

• Solid commercial software development experience with PHP, MySQL, and Git.
• Daily practical use of AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity, or similar.
• Experience with Docker and integrations based on SOAP and REST APIs.
• Confidence writing unit tests and working knowledge of Laravel or Symfony.
• English at B2 level and Polish at C1 level.
• Independent problem-solving skills and readiness to share knowledge with other contractors.
