Clinical Research Associate with Experience - Sponsor Dedicated - Serbia

What you will do

• Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Support and track subject recruitment and enrollment according to project needs.
• Train assigned sites on study protocols and maintain regular communication with site teams.
• Evaluate site compliance with protocols, regulations, GCP, and ICH requirements, escalating quality issues when necessary.
• Track regulatory submissions, approvals, CRF completion, data queries, and study progress.
• Maintain trial documentation, monitoring reports, follow-up letters, site files, and TMF submissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline preferred.
• At least 1 year of CRA and on-site monitoring experience.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English and Serbian.
• Must be located in Serbia.
• Organizational, problem-solving, communication, time-management, and financial-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license, active driving experience, and IT literacy.
