Marketing Operations Specialist

What you will do

• Create and manage SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and social media.
• Develop landing pages, calls to action, gated content, and sales collateral such as ebooks and infographics.
• Write and analyze mass, transactional, and drip email campaigns.
• Translate business objectives into compelling content for specific audiences while maintaining brand guidelines.
• Coordinate project timelines and stakeholders across marketing, design, sales, and other departments.
• Track project performance, resolve issues, and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content and marketing management.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Pragmatic, adaptable approach to managing multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with HubSpot and Figma.

Nice to have

• Ability to create effective ChatGPT prompts for repeatable content generation.
• Knowledge of current content management and marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
