Junior Creative Animator (Motion Design)

Location: Remote from Ukraine; US working hours from 15:00 to 00:00 Kyiv time.

What you will do

• Build 2D animations for digital advertising formats across social, CTV, DOOH, and display.
• Prepare source assets and deliver polished final exports.
• Apply timing, easing, rhythm, weight, and other core motion design principles.
• Animate typography and simplify complex messages into clear visual stories.
• Translate creative briefs into motion deliverables from concept through final production.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers, incorporating feedback and iterating quickly.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating solid 2D animation and motion design work.
• Basic to intermediate experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Basic experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator for asset preparation.
• Strong eye for composition, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Openness to feedback and motivation to improve and grow.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with After Effects 3D or Blender.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Claude, or Gemini.
• Interest or experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or dynamic creative optimization.
