What you will do

• Develop, characterize, scale, and transfer robust biologics drug product processes.
• Design, execute, and interpret laboratory experiments addressing critical scientific and project questions.
• Conduct formulation, sterile manufacturing unit operation, scale-up, and technology transfer activities.
• Generate, analyze, organize, and present scientific data in laboratory notebooks, reports, and presentations.
• Improve laboratory methods, implement experimental protocols, and support manufacturing site transfers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups and contribute to publications, presentations, and patents.

Requirements

• Scientist I: BS with 5+ years of experience or MS with 3+ years; Scientist II: BS with 7+ years or MS with 5+ years.
• Experience with biologics formulation development, in-use studies, and drug product process development.
• Experience developing and characterizing freeze-thaw, mixing, filtration, filling, and freeze-drying operations.
• Hands-on experience with biologics manufacturing, preparation, and analytical methods including HPLC/UPLC, UV-Vis, CE-SDS, icIEF, HIAC, MFI, DLS, or DSC.
• Ability to independently design and interpret experiments, master new techniques, multitask, and meet project timelines.
• Strong scientific writing and verbal communication skills; understanding of cGMP and regulatory guidance.

Nice to have

• Experience with scale-down models, simulation, scale-up, and technology transfer.
• Knowledge of Design of Experiments, data analysis, and statistical software.
