What you will do
- Execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent.
- Work with hiring managers to understand business hiring needs.
- Develop job postings and sourcing strategies.
- Screen applicants and manage the interview process.
- Define and align recruitment strategy for the assigned organizational unit or service.
- Support team culture and develop others within the HR function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with hiring managers at all organizational levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time.
- Awareness of cultural impacts on work and willingness to share perspectives within a team.
