Connectivity Developer - Employment Contract (UoP) (PHP)

Location: Remote within Poland

Salary: Up to 13,000 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Implement new integrations with external systems and extend existing integrations with new features.
• Connect hirify.global with channel managers, PMS systems, payment providers, and other partner platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to integrations, including unexpected partner API changes.
• Design, develop, and maintain code quality and architecture across owned applications.
• Apply and recommend effective development practices, participate in technical training, and share knowledge with the team.
• Balance work between new features and integration support, approximately 60% and 40% respectively.

Requirements

• Solid software development experience with PHP, MySQL, and Git.
• Experience working with SOAP and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Docker and Laravel or Symfony.
• Confidence writing unit tests.
• Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity, or similar tools.
• English at B2 level and Polish at C1 level; ability to work remotely from Poland.

Hiring process

• Recruiter interview lasting 30–40 minutes.
• Culture and technical interview with the Team Leader and a Senior Developer lasting approximately 90 minutes.
• Final interview with the Team Leader and Engineering Manager after successfully completing the technical stage.
