Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Own visual and motion craft across art direction, interface design, typography, and product details.
• Build systems, specifications, and design intent that support agentic and AI-native design and development workflows.
• Influence adoption of spec-driven workflows across the wider design team.
• Structure Figma libraries into tokenized, machine-readable design systems and work within Git-based workflows.
• Prototype ideas into working artifacts using code and collaborate closely with strategy, design, development, senior stakeholders, and clients.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a senior product or visual designer, ideally in an agency context.
• A portfolio demonstrating classical design sensibility and real product depth.
• Working knowledge of motion design principles and their role in design craft.
• Fluency with AI prototyping tools and the ability to work directly in code.
• Comfort with component-based design systems and Git-based workflows.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and presenting to senior clients.

Nice to have

• Experience structuring Figma libraries for tokenized, machine-readable design systems.
• Exposure to spec-driven or AI-native design and development workflows.
