TL;DR
Commercial Credit and Restructuring Analyst (Commercial Finance): Managing distressed commercial fleet accounts and developing workout solutions with an accent on credit risk, collections, financial analysis, and collateral protection. Focus on negotiating restructures, preparing proposals for senior management and credit committees, and monitoring Special Assets accounts.
Location: Charlotte, NC, United States; hybrid schedule with 4 days per week in-office and 1 day remote. Applicants must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States. Relocation to Charlotte is permitted, but relocation assistance is not available.

What you will do
- Manage distressed commercial fleet accounts with balances from $1M to $400M+.
- Collect payments and negotiate workout solutions, including payment plans, collateral returns, and asset liquidation.
- Analyze fleet customers' financial statements, operations, and economic trends.
- Prepare restructuring proposals and present recommendations to senior management and credit committees.
- Monitor Special Assets accounts, maintain the SAC database, and follow internal credit guidelines and regulations.
- Train and coach fleet collectors while contributing to process improvements and departmental projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least 2 years of overall experience in commercial finance.
- Strong knowledge of credit and collections.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mainframe systems.
- Permanent legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with ALFA, PEGA, ECredit Pro, or Credit Lens by Moody's.
- Understanding of legal documentation and the UCC code.
- French language proficiency.
