Project Manager (Event Production)

Location: Event venues and offices; the role may involve multiple locations, travel of up to 50%, irregular hours, weekends, holidays, and on-call availability.

Salary: $74,182–$96,437 per year.

What you will do

• Manage project scope, technical requirements, production schedules, labor plans, resources, and execution documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, project management teams, vendors, venue partners, and clients.
• Lead onsite technical execution from load-in through the show and load-out, including inventory and onsite changes.
• Manage budgets, event costs, external workforce, sub-rentals, billing updates, and post-event invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with technical and production standards, policies, procedures, and safety-related requirements.
• Mentor Associate Project Managers and event team members while contributing to project management SOPs.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of technical experience in the corporate staging or broadcast industry; project management experience is preferred.
• Strong technical background, written and oral communication, and client relationship skills.
• Experience with budgets, cost control, operational logistics, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple complex functions in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to travel up to 50% may be required.
