Intern Commercial (Pharmaceutical Marketing)

What you will do

• Prepare promotional materials, internal presentations, sales reports, and commercial updates.
• Support product launch and post-launch activities, including event planning, external congresses, launch readiness, and key account planning.
• Coordinate digital and omnichannel communication initiatives and support customer engagement plans.
• Assist with disease education and patient pathway optimization initiatives across multiple disease areas.
• Coordinate internal material review processes and revise documents and advertisements based on campaign performance analysis.
• Conduct desk research on market size and market environment and define customer channel reports with business partners.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business or a Life-Science-related discipline, or currently pursuing/completing a Master's degree.
• Project management experience and/or pharmaceutical marketing experience is an asset.
• Strong organizational, time-management, interpersonal, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to interpret and summarize complex data clearly and logically.
• Native-level written and spoken German required.
• Advanced written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• French or Italian language skills.
• Previous marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
