What you will do

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams executing production line transfers, manufacturing scale-ups, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Lead equipment and process validation activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ, in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
• Set project direction, milestones, deliverables, and execution rhythm.
• Coordinate tasks, delegate responsibilities, and track progress against timelines.
• Communicate project updates between leadership, stakeholders, and the core team.
• Identify blockers and risks, support mitigation planning, and manage changes in priorities or scope.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in project, process, manufacturing, validation, or related industrial engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with cross-functional leadership, stakeholder communication, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or MS Project.
• Fluent English and French required.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated manufacturing, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or similar industries.
• Familiarity with statistical tools including ANOVA, DOE, SPC, and MSA.
