Investment Services Associate (Finance)

Location: In office at 555 South Flower Street, Los Angeles, California, US 90071

Salary: $24.46–$36.69 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Support Investment Services Managers in managing relationships for assigned managed agency accounts.
• Process fund transfers, wires, checks, ACH transactions, and transfers to and from hirify.global accounts.
• Administer IRAs and process client account maintenance requests.
• Prepare portfolio review books, custom client reporting, statements, tax documents, and trade confirmations.
• Assist with investment objective confirmations and compliance reports.
• Apply Regulation 9 procedures and support compliance with OCC, audit, and internal trust policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in investment management or a trust environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a financial services organization.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SEI’s Trust 3000 Trust Accounting System.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
