What you will do

  • Create, update, edit, and verify English technical game documentation, including rulebooks, learn-to-play guides, assembly instructions, and mechanical overviews.
  • Verify press releases for consistency with internal documentation and language accuracy.
  • Collect technical information in collaboration with design, production, QA, and marketing teams.
  • Structure and edit content according to industry standards and internal quality requirements.
  • Manage document revisions, numbering, permissions, review workflows, approvals, and archiving of superseded versions.
  • Improve documentation workflows, tools, standards, and document control processes.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in the board game industry and the ability to analyze complex systems.
  • Ability to translate complex systems into precise, formal, and accurate documentation.
  • Fluent English at minimum C1 level and excellent technical writing skills.
  • Proven experience writing technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of technical documentation standards and guidelines.
  • Higher education in English, journalism, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

  • Experience writing, translating, or editing board game rulebooks.
  • Knowledge of board game terminology.
  • A recognized English language certificate.
