QA Lab Analyst (Biotechnology)

What you will do

• Perform analytical testing on in-process samples and finished products to support product release.
• Prepare reagents and solutions for laboratory testing.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Record, analyze, and communicate test results accurately.
• Apply aseptic techniques, investigate contamination sources, and participate in laboratory problem-solving.
• Support quality-related inquiries and maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, SOP, ISO, HACCP, GMP, Kosher, and Halal requirements.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing laboratory environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with a team, manage priorities, and take ownership of daily tasks.

Nice to have

• QA/QC experience in a biotechnology or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, or ISO standards.
• Experience with microbiological testing and contamination investigations.
