Senior Category Manager

Location: Kyiv General Office, with hybrid flexibility and collaboration days at the Kyiv office

What you will do

• Own market, channel, and category expertise for the Ukrainian market.
• Develop strategies for core and innovation portfolios using consumer insights and business goals.
• Lead the Enhanced Business Planning cycle in partnership with sales teams.
• Define and implement in-store display and merchandising standards.
• Manage and optimize trade budgets across distribution, shelving, displays, and promotions.
• Drive initiatives that increase net sales and brand market share.

Requirements

• Experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Category Management, or Trade Marketing.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a multinational environment and managing cross-functional projects.
• Expertise in consultative selling, partnership building, negotiation, and closing agreements.
• Ability to design and implement multi-layered plans while anticipating and mitigating risks.
• Fluent English and Ukrainian, written and verbal.
