What you will do

• Coordinate and quality-check Thai translations of product content and UI text using English source materials.
• Act as the Thailand-based point of contact for client-side SME support queries during requirements and review sessions.
• Validate Thai-language content and application screens before and during demos.
• Follow up on client-side content approvals and coordinate SME availability.
• Provide first-line Thai-language support for local users and administrators after application delivery.
• Identify and escalate Thai-specific localization issues found during quality assurance.

Requirements

• Professional written and spoken Thai at CEFR B2 or higher; CU-TFL certification is not required.
• Written and spoken English at B2 or higher.
• Experience coordinating translation and localization of digital product content, ideally from English to Thai.
• Experience in client-facing support, including handling queries and follow-ups from local stakeholders.
• Ability to review and quality-check translated content against English source materials.
• Strong communication skills, self-reliance, and the ability to work with limited direction.
