What you will do

• Own, lead, and deliver key projects from Day 1.
• Work within Brand Management, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Sales, or Product Supply.
• Develop creative and innovative approaches to business problems.
• Collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, nationalities, and markets.
• Receive continuous coaching and mentorship from managers and colleagues.
• Contribute to a dynamic and respectful work environment.

Requirements

• Active undergraduate student based in Chile with 6–12 months remaining before graduation.
• Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Background in Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Understanding of business principles, basic financial acumen, and proficiency with relevant software tools.
• Strong teamwork, communication, analytical, problem-solving, learning, and leadership potential.

Nice to have

• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies.
