What you will do

• Guide customers through GrowthOS onboarding, platform adoption, training, and ongoing support.
• Develop sector and market analysis and thought leadership using GrowthOS data and insights.
• Work with the Model Scale team to solve complex customer problems.
• Improve learning, support, adoption, and engagement processes through materials, one-to-one training, and automation.
• Support product development and innovation by creating feedback loops and formulating requirements for product, data, and technology teams.
• Own customer satisfaction and lifetime value in partnership with Growth Specialists while delivering against KPIs and OKRs.

Requirements

• Professional experience in marketing effectiveness, analytics, or measurement.
• Experience with marketing mix modeling in technology, consulting, publishing, agency, or customer-side environments.
• Ability to work with diverse customer and agency stakeholder communities.
• Interest in using technology to support sustainable business growth and improve ways of working.
