Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand hiring needs and support recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across GIH, DIFC, and selected international markets.
• Source and engage candidates through direct sourcing, job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
• Deliver a consistent candidate experience and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring.
• Provide talent market insights and recruitment intelligence for hiring and workforce planning decisions.
• Maintain recruitment data, reporting, documentation, employer branding initiatives, and compliance with data privacy requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role, preferably in a multinational or healthcare environment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and candidate assessment across different role types.
• Knowledge of the UAE talent market and local recruitment practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, relationship-building, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, digital recruitment platforms, recruitment reporting, and data management.
