Location: In-office near Niles, Illinois, United States

Base salary: $70,125–$116,875 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire, engage, retain, and grow mass affluent client relationships.
• Generate and manage leads, client appointments, sales opportunities, and referrals to ecosystem partners.
• Build internal and external partnerships to expand revenue and share of wallet.
• Deliver consultative financial wellness conversations and tailored banking solutions.
• Own client relationships, manage portfolio risk and profitability, and coordinate onboarding and servicing.
• Partner with hirify.global Financial Advisors to deliver banking, investing, advice, and planning solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of banking products, relationship management, customer experience, sales, communication, and risk management.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66, or Series 63 and 65, preferred.
• Life and Health Insurance licensing preferred.
