Experienced Clinical Research Associate (m/w/d), Multi-Sponsor, Germany (Clinical Research)

Location: Home-based throughout Germany; the role is based in Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany and requires business travel of up to 60% of working time.

What you will do

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for complex clinical trials.
• Build relationships with investigators, global study teams, client representatives, and site experts.
• Support subject recruitment planning and monitor recruitment progress.
• Track regulatory submissions, case report form completion, and data query resolution.
• Evaluate site practices for compliance with Good Clinical Practice and ICH guidelines.

Requirements

• University degree in life science or another scientific discipline, or an apprenticeship in healthcare.
• At least one year of on-site monitoring experience, or at least one year as a Study Coordinator, CTC, or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of clinical research regulations, Good Clinical Practice, and ICH guidelines.
• Fluent German and English are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Class B driver’s license and flexibility for up to 60% business travel are required.
