What you will do
- Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Support the development of subject recruitment plans.
- Evaluate site practices for quality and integrity against regulatory requirements, GCP, and ICH guidelines.
- Track regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion, and data query resolution.
- Build relationships with study teams, investigators, site experts, and client representatives.
Requirements
- University degree in life science or another scientific discipline, or an apprenticeship in healthcare.
- At least one year of on-site monitoring experience, or at least one year as a Study Coordinator, CTC, or in a comparable role.
- Knowledge of clinical research regulations, GCP, and ICH guidelines.
- Fluent German and English, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Class B driver's license and flexibility to travel up to 60% of working time.
