TL;DR
Digital Technical Analyst (Enterprise Systems/Data): Investigating customer issues, technical gaps, software integrations, and data problems across business applications with an accent on systems thinking, troubleshooting, and data validation. Focus on analyzing APIs, logs, architecture components, and end-to-end data flows while coordinating with engineering and technology teams.
Location: Kosice, Slovakia
Salary: €2,300 gross per month; base minimum pay of €26,688 per year. Additional performance-related annual cash incentive.

What you will do
- Identify, investigate, monitor, and resolve customer issues involving hardware, software, applications, and operations.
- Develop technical roadmaps for business processes and applications.
- Analyze business requirements, technical gaps, software architecture, connectivity, and integration issues.
- Conduct risk assessments, root cause analysis, corrective actions, quality assurance, and routine issue resolution.
- Validate data with SQL and investigate APIs, integrations, logs, and end-to-end data flows.
- Communicate customer feedback and technical findings to engineering and technology teams.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect system behavior to business processes.
- Clear written communication and ownership of issues through resolution.
- Knowledge of customer-focused practices, effective communication, systems thinking, and technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to work across development, QA, and production environments.
- Experience using SQL to validate and investigate data issues.
- Ability to work at the Kosice, Slovakia location.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce.
- Experience with data analysis and dashboards using Power BI.
- Experience investigating APIs, integrations, or data issues.
- Experience using Python to analyze and manipulate data.
