• Review, organize, scan, and process incoming client tax documents.
• Assist with tax information intake and route documents according to established procedures.
• Track client documents and keep records current.
• Assemble client tax returns and prepare informational tax documents when needed.
• Support e-filing, final delivery steps, and government deadline requirements.
• Provide general operational support as requested.

• Work toward a bachelor's degree; accounting or finance is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.
