Location: West Lebanon, New Hampshire, United States; relocation assistance is available. Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
Salary: $120,056–$200,092 annual base pay.

What you will do
- Design and deploy custom automation solutions integrating motion-control actuators, motors, servo presses, sensors, gages, and SCADA systems.
- Lead electrical-controls development for custom machines and automated test systems.
- Ensure quality, safety, efficiency, and reliability in manufacturing environments.
- Collaborate across business and functional teams to improve enterprise manufacturing operations.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous learning and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in controls automation.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming, including Logix 5000 and RS Linx.
- Experience with robotics and vision systems.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project-completion skills.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Power BI, and mistake-proofing principles.
