What you will do
- Manage customer order fulfillment and the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, including onboarding, orders, returns, delivery monitoring, invoicing, pricing, and accounts receivable disputes.
- Coordinate with sales, supply chain, logistics, warehouses, transportation partners, and operational sites to support delivery planning and execution.
- Maintain customer, product, and supporting master data, and review customer orders against business policies and procedures.
- Support customer complaint investigations, payment collection, invoice documentation, customer portals, and sales-team information requests.
- Provide open-order and customer-demand information for forecasting and maintain alignment on service segmentation, lead times, and delivery promises.
- Drive process simplification and improvements to business-process and tools platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in international trade, logistics, or a related field.
- At least three years of relevant professional experience.
- Prior knowledge and experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and other IT tools.
- Understanding of trading business models and international trade requirements, including import/export processes.
- Customer-centric mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork, problem-solving ability, and effective priority management.
- Good spoken and written English is required.
